Chel Face

Forever Chel

On June 17, 2017 Michelle was beaten to death and thrown into the family pool, her estranged husband has been charged with the murder. One of her beloved pets was also found dead in the pool, laying beside her.

We suspect she suffered in silence for many years, not wanting to worry her family.

She leaves behind her mom, dad, her two girls who were her entire world, and her grandson Liam, who was just shy of a year old, when she was tragically murdered, as well as her brothers, sister, aunt, nieces, nephews, cousin, and countless friends and acquaintances, who were all touched by her infectious spirit and contagious smile.

Chel would not want her death to be in vain. So we, her family are using this platform to reach out and help at risk individuals.

Domestic violence is a very serious issue and is often not spoken about, but the statistics speak for themselves.

Our Guardian Angel

Michelle was an incredibly hardworking businesswoman, along with being a successful independent entrepreneur.

As she climbed the ladder of success, she touched everyone’s heart, she met along the way, leaving an indelible imprint of respect and love.
Her main goal in life was to provide for her family with her unwavering love and support. Her family was her joy.

Chel had an infectious laugh and a smile that would light up any room she entered. She had the uncanny ability to turn even the worst of times into a happy and joyous occasion.

She was a true animal lover and as she often
Stated,  “ she would save all of the dogs on the planet…” Her kindness and willingness to help others was just one of her many beautiful personality traits.

Everyday, women face the threat of harassment, assault, and violence.

On average, an intimate partner in the United States physically abuses nearly 20 people per minute. During one year, this equates to more than 10 million women and men.1 • 1 in 3 women and 1 in 4 men have been victims of [some form of] physical violence by an intimate partner within their lifetime.1 • 1 in 4 women and 1 in 7 men have been victims of severe physical violence by an intimate partner in their lifetime.1 • 1 in 7 women and 1 in 18 men have been stalked by an intimate partner during their lifetime to the point in which they felt very fearful or believed that they or someone close to them would be harmed or killed.1 • On a typical day, there are more than 20,000 phone calls placed to domestic violence hotlines nationwide.

The Goal

The goal of Guardian Angel Chel is to help others who are in potentially dangerous situations to have access to panic buttons. Chel’s family has
Purchased the Athena Panic Buttons, Engraving each with our angels name Chel. The panic button has two options including a silent roar, that is a discreet, or an alarm mode, after activation, your location is shared with pre-selected contacts. The panic buttons can attach to your clothing, accessory and often go unnoticed. We are doing this in loving memory of Chel and the countless others who have lost their lives to domestic abuse.

We are donating the Athena panic button lovingly engraved with ‘Chel’ so our guardian angel chel will protect those individuals who may be at risk of domestic or sexual abuse and for those of you who want to feel more secure as you take on each day. Domestic violence is a very serious Issue and is often not spoken about, but the statistics speak for themselves.
